For the price of $20 a person I was hoping for more displays... honestly there isn’t much to it.... That being said... the IMAX Aircraft Carrier movie was pretty neat... takes the sting out of the entrance fee a little.

I have mixed feelings about the Virginia Air & Space Center. There are definitely some planes and space craft to see. We enjoyed the IMAX movie about the Hubble telescope. However, many of the interactive exhibits were broken and tickets aren’t exactly cheap. For example,...More

You can have both at Virginia Air and Space Center. You can learn about the Tuskegee Airmen and sit in an actual plane cockpit. There are interactive exhibits as well as watch an imax movie.

Great museum for young children!! Been to this place since I was a kid and always have a trill to see the interactive and static displays. They offer summer camps for young children during the summer months. This place is highly recommended.

A lot of airplanes/ aircrafts but a shame that so many displays weren’t functional. Informative guides very helpful & much appreciated. IMAX was good but not the best I’ve seen.

The previous answer is wrong. This is not the Smithsonian in Washington. Tickets are $19 for adults. I’d suggest you consult their website for the most accurate information.
