Nicely arranged seating

Terrific venue to watch concerts. Can see stage from every seat - the seating arrangements are elevated and nicely arranged for viewing pleasure.

My and I goto a lot of events and arena type entertainment so when I say that the Hampton coliseum is a little under average it's true. 9/10/2016 we went to see cirque du soleil - ovo. Parking was free which is unusual and great for an event of this type, the security check was laughable at the doors. The... More

Great place have gone to tons of concerts here over the years. Very organized with getting you in the building and to your seats. They book a diverse group of acts to perform here. Great Place.

The sound system, food, and seating on the floor needs drastic improvement. I could not hear what the performers were saying. Also, I was seated on the floor and the chairs were so narrow, I had to sit sideways or otherwise I would be sandwiched between my husband and a stranger--extremely uncomfortable. And the food? What in the world? Unappetizing... More

Our family was there for my little brother's college graduation last month. It was a very nice facility. I have nothing bad to say about it. I do love the lights on the outside.

I grew up going to concerts, rodeos, circuses, wrestling with my Grandpa ect.... it still looks the same except when I visited in March I noticed the parking lot is now a hotel.

I was extremely excited to see my favorite artist live on stage. I arrived ten minutes before the start of the concert and to my surprise, the concert started approximately 40 minutes late. Finally the concert began and throughout several artist performances the microphone sound just stopped working. Only the track was playing in the background. Okay if it happens... More

Hampton Coliseum is one of the worst venues on the east coast for live performances. The building suffers from excessive reverberation making spoken word or vocals almost unintelligible. If your favorite band is on tour, pick a different venue.

Went for the Pearl Jam concert. Packed to the gills and very dark and dreary inside. The sound was good and the lines moved fast at concessions and bathrooms
