Cool atmosphere, color coded book exchange! Outdoor seating is a nice touch on a cool summer evening. Major Tom IPA is my new fave.

We discovered this brewery a few years ago when we first had a student at JMU and now enjoy stopping in on every trip! Their indoor and outdoor space of the brewery is inviting and the theming is great! Love the tap list on records!...More

Popped in to get out the rain and was glad I did. The choices are great and many have won awards that are proudly displayed on the wall. I also collect bottle caps from brewers and a staff member was awesome enough to get me...More

I guess they are known for their many kinds of beer, but I am not a beer drinker, so I had water. We went to eat, not drink. The menu wasn't large, but they had a good selection for different tastes. It was not expensive,...More

While Pale Fire Brewing doesn't have food themselves, a couple of local restaurants do deliver directly there, so no worries. And the main tap room is large and comfortable enough to enjoy food delivered. While they were out of stouts during our visit, the beer...More
