Beautiful place. Educational. Exhibits are marvelous. Especially enjoyed the lions and buffalo. By all means, bring a camera. We had too little time but we will return.

Virginia's natural history museum is in an unusual location. Most natural history museums are in big cities. This one is located in Martinsville, a small town located midway between Greensboro and Roanoke. There is not much else in the town and it has a depressing...More

This is a beautiful place but I must say that exhibits are few and far between. I honestly expected a little bit more for such a large and amazing area.
