The place had a steady stream of devotees praying and lighting candles for their varied intentions. Place is well maintained with tents and chairs to rest and pray. Peddlers with bouquet of mini roses are at the entrance and children gay fully sell candles for p20.00 per bunch.

It was worth a trip but nothing entirely spectacular. We just came here to offer a few prayers, take some pictures, but nothing worth going back to.

Historical, life-changing and humble experience. This is an underrated miraculous religious icon in the Philippines that is only popular in Zamboanga Peninsula. This is a must visit for tourists in Zamboanga

This place is one of Zamboanga's attraction and should be definitely on your list when traveling here. An altar is here where you can go to worship and is definitely a serene place as long as the place is not jam packed with tourists and locals.

The Fort attracts tourist and locals. This is a good place for prayer. It showcase the value of a filipino that of being prayerful. The place houses the patron of safety where everyone prays for safety and protection. A must see for tourists to infuse in us all our unique culture and values as filipinos.

It was my first time to visit the place. I was with friends and collegues who were hospitable enough to tour us around the city. When we arrived there, it was like stepping on holy grounds. Such majestic statue of the Blessed Virgin Mary that stood in the center. People offering prayers and taking pictures of the place gave me... More
