From the street through the giftshop you are already in. Would be great to have more pieces and more information about the native american heritage of Nicaragua. There is also a mini contemporary exhibition area at the back, worth an extra 10-15mins.

When I went, the exhibit was on teeny tiny sculptures the size of toothpicks and full detail paintings the size of postage stamps. The artist was wonderful and in a weird mixture of Spanish, French and English we managed quite a nice conversation :)

Beautiful pieces of art. Only $5 for some great art and some history. We loved it! Would definitely recommend to families with older kids.
