We started the walk in Bomerano, we caught the Sita bus from Amalfi €2 (bound for Agerola) and then walked back to Positano. The views are incredible! Highly recommend doing the walk. In some places it becomes a bit of a scramble up the rocks...More

Our guide’s name was Alessio and we had a great time with him. We still laugh about the time we had during our hike with him. Although the hike was tough (we’ve never hiked before) it was all worth the view.

I could only cover a little way due to the fact I was suffering with my calf and quad muscles, but what I saw was beautiful. You can reach this by taking the path just off the main square in Bomerano. There is a lovely...More

Stunning trail with amazing views of the water and Positano. It was relatively even elevation, was some light uphill and downhill. Feasible hike for anyone is decently good shape. We also took the stairs back down to Positano which was a neat addition.

Totally recommend adding a day to your Amalfi Coast itinerary to fit this in. Head off early to avoid the heat.

It's a trail between Positano and Bomerano about 8 kilometers, there are numbers from 1 to 15 (or 16? )to remind you position . It's not tough and fit for family. There is a whole beautiful sea view along the Amalfi coast!

Such a lovely hike. So many amazing views without being super demanding. I’m an avid hiker and have done many of the big hikes in the US and this one really impressed me. The mountain side, beautiful green terraces, and ocean all in one setting...More

You are very high up and the temperature is quite a bit lower. I was a bit cold. However the views made it well worth wild. The drive up is also interesting.

Have only walked the lower, so can't compare. There were no shortage of views. Lower does not mean not way up on the slope. Plenty of interesting sights and buildings along the way.

I have just arrived in Positano and learned that the section I planned to hike, between Agerola and Nocelle, is closed. We may hike Agerola to Praino instead.

No guide is necessary. There is no fee. Taking a public bus to one of the many trail heads is easy. Very safe and very popular. If you go on a weekend you will see many large (in number) families on the trail. Have fun. Good... More
