Excellent communication leading up to a transfer from hotel to airport. I had to change the numbers several times. Emails were always answered promptly. Vehicle arrived early and was very clean. Driver was courteous and professional . I would use again.

Christian was helpful with multiple changes and came to our aid when my cousin broke her ankle at Mount Etna that altered plans again. We used them on 3 different occasions and each driver was polite and helpful. They are usually 10 minutes early, so be ready!

Christian is the best! He is responsive to every email I sent before the trip and went above and beyond during our trip. He is on time, informative and humorous! We highly recommend him and his team.

My wife and I used New Travel Services for Catania Sicily airport transfers and the experience was nothing short of 'Superb'. Christian is extremely knowledgeable of Sicily and beyond, the setup communication was great, the service equally - from end to end. We would have used their services for further trips was it not for the case I had broken my ankle and so that limited our stay slightly. I would highly recommend Christian and the team to anyone looking for Sicily excursions and transfers.

Christian was a breeze to deal with via email or text. Angelo, our driver, was just a wonderful person - safe, courteous and friendly. We enjoyed our transfers between Catania and Taormina. We used New Travel Services twice while in Sicily earlier in September. In both instances, our drivers were early, friendly, and professional. Even when getting to pedestrian only zones, our driver parked, and walked with us to our end address to ensure we arrived and were able to get in.
We will not hesitate to use this service again.

Christian from New Travel Services provided a very professional service. He was amazingly easy to make contact with in regards to our transfer and changes that were required prior to the service. Our driver was excellent. Courteous and efficient, and drove very safely which is important on the roads in Sicily! We valued their service very highly and would certainly recommend them and will use them again if we are lucky enough to come back to sickly! Thank you once again!

I am sorry it has taken me so long to write a review. But now that I am, I honestly cannot say enough about the personalized service we received. It was like having an instant friend upon arrival in Sicily. We were lucky enough to have Christian, the owner, on each of our trips. He is a gem! Pleasant, helpful, friendly, interesting, hard working and knowledgeable. Great communication before the trip. Nothing was too big an ask - even a pick up in the wee hours of the morning to get my niece to the Catania airport from Taormina. She was a tad bit anxious and Christian not only assured her but made sure she had everything she needed, gave her his number should she get into a jam and calmed her down for the journey ahead. Thank you does not seem adequate. Our stay was not long enough this time to enjoy the tours they offer, but next time! whatever you are looking for during your stay in Sicily make sure it involves New Travel Services Sicily Experts and you cannot go wrong.

Due to closure of Catania Airport we had to arrange an extended transfer from another airport. Read the fantastic reviews for New Travel Services and SO happy that we booked. We really could not have been in better hands. Christian, the owner, went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of out transfer - from his pick up at the airport, to heading home again (with another lovely driver) - was spot on. His communication prior to our holiday was immediate (I honestly dont think he sleeps), and this continued throughout our stay. He even offered to try to find a shuttle bus for us on the way back (not needed due to reopening of Catania Airport), in order to save us some money! Unbelievable to find a company who puts their clients before profit! Again - a message to check that we were ok an hour or so after arriving in Taormina, as our host had not arrived bang on time to let us into the apartment. Whaw! Professional, reliable, efficient, knowledgable, entertaining, thoughtful, friendly - Christian? - president of Sicilly? - you'd have our vote in a heartbeat!!! Thank you for a first class experience - you and your company should provide training for others on how it should be done!

Hello,,,I am Kedar from India visiting Italy with my Parents. I am interested in a day trip to Corleone and Palazzo Adriano. During the trip I am interested in seeing Mafia museum and Cinema Paradiso Museum. I am landing at Palermo on 09 Jun at 9:35 AM and would like to start the trip on arrival. We are carrying only shoulder bags,,no suitcases. Return would be to hotel at Palermo same day. Is this possible? Also if you could give estimate of time and cost of trip. Warm regards

I do not know as it was a package trip for us from the airport. Christian should be able to answer your question - send it directly to them. A taxi from our hotel cost 20 euro one way.

We did a a half day trip but with Etna People. Was actually 6 hours and cost us EURO 59 which we thought was very good. They said would have a snack at the end but was more like lunch. Great Value.

Hi, Our ship MSC Fantasia will dock at Messina from 8 am to 6 pm on 22 Sep 2015. My wife and I are keen to visit Mt. Etna and Taormina. Please could you suggest how best we can utilize our shore excursion with pick up and drop off at the port. Please also let us know the cost per person (we wish to join a group) for the tour. Thanks

We are flying in & out of Catania from Naples. We arrive on Aug. 29th at noon and depart at 10:15 pm on Sept. 1st.
We have not made any hotel reservations at this time because I didn't know if it would be necessary. I wanted to check with you first to see if you had a tour that would include hotels.
We would like to see the Valley of the Temples & I see you have one leaving Catania but ending in Palermo. That would not work for us. We need to end in Catania. Should we do day trips from a central town like Siracusa or perhaps do 2 nights in Siracusa & one in Agrigento? We are open to suggestions and desperately need help in planning our time there. We are 72 & 74 and in good health but with bad hip & knee joints.
