We did the 2-hour cruise of the harbor, the museum, and the battleship for an entire day of family learning and fun. Parking garage is across the street, that is convenient.

Spent 1.5 hours on a guided tour of the command centers and Captain/Admirals quarters. Spent 1 hour on a guided tour of the engine rooms. Also enjoyed the self guided tour of the Wisconsin. The Navy's museum on the 2nd floor is free. It is...More

We visited Nauticus primarily to see the Battleship Wisconsin. The museum had interesting naval history, and we learned about Norfolk's port too. We did general admission because the interior battleship tours were already sold out. We weren't expecting them to sell out, so I would...More

The USS Wisconsin tour may be in better condition than the USS North Carolina, but it's tours are far less extensive. Good: The displays in Nauticus are very kid friendly, informative. Bad: Tour paths through Nauticus and Wisconsin are convoluted and poorly marked. Almost nothing...More

We took our kids for a few hours. Ages 5, 7, 11, and 12. It was great! Very interactive so the kids really enjoyed climbing on and touching everything.

Our family has visited about 4-times over 15 years. We've visited with young and old family members. We have always enjoyed our time visiting. Always something new learned and taken away after your visit.

We enjoyed the museum but it is geared more towards younger children. Great views of the battleship from inside and a lot of hands on things for kids to touch and play with. I highly recommend for families with children.

A great museum by itself with the USS Wisconsin moored alongside. The bulk of the museum is devoted to all things nautical with a portion set aside for the Wisconsin.
