MacArthur is a great place to spend some time when its blistering hot or raining buckets. Something for adults, children and couples. Husband and I met friends for a movies, and dined at Texas Brazil. Lots of variety with shops, restaurants, and theater.
Just like the rest of the country, the stores are starting to close. The vacancy signs are up, and busy seemed light. Be sure to check which stores remain before you visit. With that said, it's very clean, well maintained, and safe.
