Efficient, very informative and well presented. Our guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and interesting. Fabulous setting and well worth the walk for the views alone.

Not sure about if they can change the wines.? I would call ahead and ask because I know they have regular wine at the restaurant and I had a glass of red and it was wonderful !
