Nice and clean, but way overpriced
Oct 2020 • Couples
If you happen to be very close by, it is certainly a nice option. It is a very clean place and the view from the outside pool is quite nice.
There is an inside and an outside pool, a crystal spa (?), a herbal steam bath and one sauna.
I wrote an email several days beforehand which was never answered. The entrance fee does not include a towel, we paid 8 CHF for a sauna towel. The sauna area has a nice tea and water, but no fruit or any other snacks. Furthermore, there is no shampoo or shower gel provided in the showers.
It's basically BYOD for literally everything.
That being said, it sure is a relaxing place and they take the current hygiene rules seriously.
I would have given more points if the value for money was right.

Room for improvement
Jun 2020
The pool is beautiful, especially the views. There are a few things that prevent this spa from being really good, and even though we live locally, we don't go often. Reasons include:

- the 2-3 massage options are prohibitively expensive and no other treatments are available (the main difference is the duration and which drink is included)
- no snack or drinks options other than in the entrance area
- the number of people taking photos in the pool and sauna area is disconcerting
- it's impossible to find a free lounger as they're all permanently reserved with damp towels...

The most recent massage I had was very good, and I recommend asking for Eva. The pool area is child-friendly.

In all, it's a nice place to go for an afternoon, but the main attraction is the view.

Ridiculously Relaxing
May 2019
Our first day in Switzerland featured rain/snow in the forecast so we decided to spend the day at the spa, which was absolutely the perfect move.

This spa was so incredibly relaxing. We didn't do any services, but took advantage of everything else the place had to offer, including the outdoor mineral pool (magical in the snow), the indoor floating pool and relaxing with magazines. My favorite part was watching other spa-goers step out the door by the relaxation room, in swimsuits and soaking wet, and jump into the fluffy white snow. The screaming wasn't exactly relaxing, but the laughs from their reactions certainly were.

Oh and the ride up is gorgeous! We also had boozy hot chocolate at a little restaurant near the station at the top while we waited for our return train, which was just the best.

Highly reco a trip here!

Worst spa ive been to
Jan 2020
Not even a towel is included. No bathrobe , no slippers, no shampoo, no showergel, no bar inside, no cafe or bistro inside. You cant even buy a soft drink. Is sweden all of the above is included by standard!
Who the hell hikes in the alps with a backpack full of towels, robes, slipper, showergel, shampoo and snacks.
There is only 1 sauna.
They barely speak any english at all.

Must not miss in winter especially
Dec 2019 • Couples
I practically had to drag my wife here in December when we were staying in Lucerne - the last thing she wanted to do in a Swiss winter was swim. Luckily she quickly became a convert! The centre has the well appointed facilities including spacious change rooms, heated floors, hair dryers etc. the locker hire to store all your belongings (free), the two pools are large and most importantly, are connected to the pool outside which is also heated with spectacular views over the Swiss alps.

The only advice I would give is to bring your own towel and or/bath robe as you have to pay to hire these things if you don’t. All in all an unreal and unique winter experience!

Relaxing experience!

Stopped in after hiking around Mt Rigi, and a few days after running a marathon in Italy. The sauna and mineral baths were a great way to loosen up and ease some sore muscles. Service was friendly and explained the services well.

Fantastic and intimate spa!

Not huge like the German spas, but has all the facilities and all areas except for sauna allow clothing. Very clean and quiet.

Ahhh! So Relaxing!
Oct 2019
This was one of our favorite day trips in Switzerland. The mountain views are stunning and it so relaxing to be enjoying them from the warm waters of the spa. Inside there are also other baths that were just as nice. We really enjoyed our day pass to the spa, even without getting any treatments it was a great way to spend a couple of hours.

Just perfection,
This place left me speechless.
It has the best pool view 360 over Zurich.
And also 2 inner amazing pools.
Such a perfect romantic atmosphere for couples.
Cabt wait to go back there.
Highly recommend.

Unique experience
Aug 2019 • Couples
We had a very relaxing time here. It is a small spa with two floors, one which is kid friendly which was a little busy, but also downstairs which is adults only and had a crystal bath which is a lot quieter. Overall very relaxing environment. We’ve been to a few spas and not one which has such a stunning view and position!
