Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great dog friendly day out with young children. We took our 7 and 3 year old and they loved the climbing nets and playgrounds. The toboggan was really fun. The Japanese gardens were beautiful and I loved the pond with the path through. Will take a packed lunch next time as the hot food isnt great but that didnt bother us this visit. We were so thankful to have somewhere like this for the children to run off steam that allowed dogs. We will be back on our next holiday!

We loved visiting Robin Hill, there is loads to do. The staff were always really helpful and friendly. It was great being able to visit as much as we wanted in the 7 days we were in the Isle of Wight. We really enjoyed the 4D cinema, falconry and disc golf course.

Had a lovely day out. The price is a bit steep but particularly enjoyed the falconry show. Toboggan run was fun and although cheap it should really be included in price.

Nice calm place to walk around with themed play areas for children. The toboggan was great fun however this was an extra charge and overall the price for a family was quite high. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

It’s a beautiful site and lovely to walk around, but the entrance fee doesn’t match the things on offer. Pirate ship, the sky climb, 4D motion cinema, train ride is for young children, large slides are fun, maze is OK and loved the toboggan but couldn’t believe it’s an extra fee. It’s not worth the cost unless you do it in combination with Blackgang Chine. Kids enjoyed the tree too stuff and it was great being able to take the dog but felt a bit ripped off.

This attraction is limited - in particular to hold a ten year olds interest- the tree top trail was good - sky walk over and nets she enjoyed. The toboggan was closed with a few drops of rain and so was the slides on our visit - these were enjoyed when they opened after a few times of going on them the interest is lost. Frisbee golf was fun although the course was not complete clear. If you enjoy walking and exploring gardens then this is a good place plus dogs can go it is not a place for adventurous activities.

We had a fabulous day here yesterday, what a great place! We thoroughly enjoyed all the activities on offer, we especially enjoyed the falconry displays, Charlie and Josh were great, very knowledgeable and obviously passionate about their sport. We also loved the Brainiacs show and The Confusionist illusionist.
Would highly recommend Robin Hill!

Here with our grandchildren (under 6). They loved it - plenty of themed activity areas kept them busy. High points were the toboggan run (though cost extra and queues), tractor train and the birds of prey. Got the ticket that includes Blackgang Chine and will go there tomorrow.

Park has really gone down hill, lots of investment in adult evening entertainment. Brainiac show was ok but not as good as the Cheeky Monkeys in previous years. Not much investment in new playgrounds or rides, park is not very accessible for people with disabilities and the train stops running subject to capacity rather than the need of the customers who were still waiting at the stop.
Magician this year was not great, certainly didn’t pull in crowds.
We used to love coming to the park but it feels like the concentration is now on this evening festival feel rather than those events during the day or for kids.
