Shambles at entry and LOTS of people Peed off that the newly purchased annual tickets were £15 cheaper today. Inside it’s a little run down but kids love it and the Gruffalo ride is amazing. Food much too expensive and is necessary to end a...More

Shocking went to go today. Queued half and hour to get in to the car park kids all excited to get told. “We’ve run out of spaces go and park in the surrounding areas and walk” ( what a joke). And to add insult to...More

The resort was partically open, due to it being the animal adventure event. Selected rides were open for little ones, such as the Gruffalo ride. This ride was great fun for the kids, it was enjoyable, the props were impressive, the hollogram was cool and...More

We complained about an accident that happened in the car park back in October 2018 (Fright Night), because the car park safety was not fit for purpose in the dark. 4 months later our case has still not been dealt with. In fact we have...More

So upsetting for the children to arrive full of excitement, to find most of the park closed off. What should have been a lovely family day out turned into an early drive home with tears all the way. I’ve been to Chessington before and thought...More

No rides are open in half term. The staff couldn’t care less and we only realised that we were basically just paying for a penguin when we got in. Waste of money and very cunning of Chessington.
