From the moment I walked in, every member of staff was welcoming and friendly which helped as I was a male client about to have a full body wax. A calm and relaxing atmosphere and during my treatment, Hawa's attention to detail was excellent. It was not hurried, and she made sure that everything was done properly. Hawa was so thorough that I think I was the last client out of the shop.

I have not actually been yet but just how the receptionist Zainab dealt with me, I can only think good things. She was very professional and kept me informed at all times, even going so far as calling me to let me know what was going on, as to buying a gift card for my friend's birthday. I will definitely be attending this Spa very soon, but I just wanted to give a shout out to the people who often get overlooked. Zainab is a credit to the Spa.

They give the best treatments out of every hammam/spa i have seen. From lovely and welcoming receptionist to amazing workers who look after you and meet all your needs. My face is so glowy and i feel so much younger and more beautiful. Highly recommend it. Amazing treatments with amazing prices.
