From the moment I walked in, every member of staff was welcoming and friendly which helped as I was a male client about to have a full body wax. A calm and relaxing atmosphere and during my treatment, Hawa's attention to detail was excellent. It was not hurried, and she made sure that everything was done properly. Hawa was so thorough that I think I was the last client out of the shop.

A fantastic experience with my daughter. Warm welcome, very clean, loved the ceiling lights in the steam room and the pink lights in the jacuzzi. We had the Royal Hamman, sauna, steam room, hamman then mint tea and dried fruit. Then jacuzzi and one of the best massages I have ever experienced, especially the attention to my head and shoulders. Spent 2 and 1/2 hours there.

Best Hammam ever! I don’t usually leave reviews but this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Staff were welcoming and friendly and treatments were amazing.
Wouldn’t agree with previous comment about swimming costume. Clear guidance provided on what to bring in a text message before the treatment.
Will definitely be back!

Had an appointment here. They told me "on arrival" that I needed a swimming costume and a towel. I made the appointment, paid a deposit of ÂŁ40 two weeks previously and no mention of this until today. My friend has visited them before and so this might be recent policy.
I explained to the lady on reception that no one had informed me of this and she went to see her boss . They decided that the best way to resolve this was - to charge me to hire a towel and whatever else. i.e. . to punish me for their mistake. I explained why this was unfair.
The manager, who identified herself as Hawa, then came out and told me the info was sent to me by email. (We had just established with the lady on reception that no one had taken my email address so that this was impossible. I asked her to show me the sent email - which she could not. I had also showed the other lady the text messages I had received - no mention of swimming costume. )
The manager said that they tell people over the phone (I thought... but then why did you say that you use email to inform customers) I have many swimming costumes and towels at home.
I asked for the details of the manager so that I could put a complaint in... and report the matter to trading standards - as they refused to waive the fee for a towel and refused to refund me... ...She said, "We don't give refunds"... Interesting comment...
I was then told that I could do what I liked.
(Why do people say this? ). She accused me of screaming. I was not screaming - and I accused her of being rude.
Sorry for the dissertation and I've tried not to rant . I dont get so- called business owners who sacrifice the opportunity of repeat business of myself and my friend, friends and family who live locally - for the sake of trying to profiteer by forcing me to hire a towel and whatever else... particularly when it is clearly their fault. 🙄 Never mind

My friend and I visited for a Signature hammam treatment for two followed by a Swedish massage each. We were blown away by the experience, the salon is gorgeous, impeccably clean and such chic decor. It was our first time at a hammam and we didn’t know quite what to expect but the lovely ladies who gave us our treatments put us totally at ease and were wonderful throughout. We left feeling so relaxed and refreshed (and also the cleanest we’ve ever been in our lives, I think the last time I had a bath that thorough was from my mum when I was about three years old!), and my massage really was one of the best I’ve ever had, perfect amount of pressure and the smell of incense in the room helped me zone out. Can’t recommend HK Hammam enough, have already told other friends and planning to return with one of them very soon. Big thanks and appreciation.

Such attention to detail about every part of your experience; warm and caring staff; amazing facilities; and the skills of the women doing the treatments are out of this world! We had the Royal Hammam, which was absolutely gorgeous. Although the spa is immaculate, very new and beautiful, what makes the experience so special is the staff.
From the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed and at ease.
The guy on reception and all the ladies that carry out the treatments are excellent. We were welcome to lie in the lounging area between treatments and relax (I got a bit too hot in the sauna) and we were brought mint tea, dates, oranges, melon, amongst a whole tray of beautifully prepared snacks.
We weren’t rushed and in fact stayed nearly 4 hours. The scrub itself is beautifully done and the Swedish massage (a big shout out to Cristina, who was exceptional) was superb.
A hidden gem amongst a parade of shops in Enfield on the A10- can’t wait to go back!

This place is sublime. Amazing from start to end. Perfect amount of time given. The venue is impeccably clean and so private. It was only two of us for our whole session. Staff are lovely and tea and oranges at the end!! Wow!!

Very clean and brand new venue with sauna /steam room /jacuzzi I had a full Hammam experience which was so relaxing the staff was very kind and I’ll be returning soon
