Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Wasn't overall impressed at first but over more visits we now go at least every two weeks.

A great central location with easy acess for all, it would be great if guests would stop parking outisde the doors.

Occasionally a hiccup with the odd food order but it is soon rectified. Would be great if they offered varied choixes as after a year or two the menu is getting a tad stale, more specials and promotion of them as I always forget to see the board it is in the wrong place.

Seating fine and always clean, plenty of space for buggies and wheelchairs. Toilet facilities are always clean, two options for babychange however are only the smaller pull down change tables not sufficient for toddlers if still in nappies.

Some guests spoilt it for others, children not wearing socks, large children in the ball pool swearing and throwing balls/items/fighting - not enough parent supervision however that is the minority.

The staff are all very hardworking and polite, they always put things right if they make a mistake. Still a growing business that I hope continues to improve.

We took two grandchildren, aged 2 and 4. The playframe areas were just right as they were split into under 4 yrs and then up to 12. Set on different levels the playframes included every climbing, rolling, crawling and swinging experience that the children needed. There was also baby and toddler area.
The children had a really good time and we thought that the cost was very reasonable.
Only two comments to make for improvement:
The tables needed a clean as sticky fingers had been around and more security to stop older children charging around the café area. One boy in particular needed to be told as he was rampaging from one area to another.

All in all, well worth the money, good for children and the coffee was excellent!

I wish I could write some good about this place, unfortunately not!It use to be a great and pleasant place to enjoy with lil ones,I’ve always been around with mine, not anymore ! 45 minutes waiting at outside desk to come in!I do understand sometimes the place is quite crowded and there’s some waiting time, but seeing the staff at background desk munching a pack of crisps starring at you waiting on your feet with kids almost 1 hour and laughing is definitely the best form to show how much respect they have for customers,NONE!and no one bother to come and say a word ??!!Worst service ever!!Ordering some food is like you asking them a massive favor !Staffs just don’t care!!
Whoever is the owner please need a deep look into these young staff ladies before they ruin your place once and for all!

Took my 13 month old granddaughter and was the first there. Had to knock on the door as it wasn’t open although it says open at 9.30
The place was very dirty with dirty tissues, sharp objects under the equipment and wrappers which must have been there for a while as we were the first in the place that day.
My granddaughter went in the baby area, up to the ages of 2. Older children came into that area not being supervised by their parents and made it impossible for any child under aged 2 to play safely. There was absolutely no supervision from staff who were all working at the cafe area and not watching what was going on.
Obviously didn’t stay long and definitely will never go back, a shame really because if it was cleaned and supervised properly it would be a great place to take children of all ages.

Went to a party and the first impressions were that the welcome desk is not very welcoming, the girl looked a bit nervous asking me to sign in. Not very friendly. The place was busy so thought it must be popular! Soon realised it was full of parents sat on their phones whilst their kids ran riot, 7/8/9/10 year olds speeding in and out of the baby area, the under 3 and 4 areas, knocking children over like skittles and running up the slides as others tried to slide down. There was no monitoring by staff at all (which I’ve always seen at other soft play areas) The party “leader” im not sure he even had a voice? Looked miserable and was not at all enthusiastic with the little ones. At least need a friendly outgoing personality.
Toilet changing room had a bucket under the sink catching a leak of dirty water, my toddler very nearly put her hands in it. Not very safe.
Young girl serving drinks was friendly but that’s about it. As we left, the gates were very easily opened and closed and I was quite shocked at how unsecure it is, if a gate was left opened slightly and there wasn’t anyone on the front desk at all. A child could easily escape or be taken. Needs to be more secure in my opinion, monitored by staff, especially as most parents were staring at screens and not observing their children.

Went to Jurasicca play area in Goole, with my grandkids. I found the staff to be very helpful, and the service brilliant. ( A few parents could do with a bit of training to look after there kids - the lady next yo me just stared at her phone for a full 2 hours) The staff never stopped all the 3 hours I was there. Well done to all the staff, I will be visiting Jarasicca again.

It's not a great facility for toddlers and smaller children, due to older boisterous children who weren't being supervised, so don't take any notice of the restrictions in the areas for babies and toddlers. Jurassica have got disclaimers up all over the place saying it's the responsibility of the adults to supervise their children, but there are no consequences if they don't, so places like the ball pools aren't safe for the little ones as older children are jumping in and diving all over the place. It's supposed to be fun place, but it ends up being very stressful!

Nice place, nice people, my Grandchildren love it & we have been coming for years. The only negative is sometimes parking can be awkward. But that’s pretty much the same everywhere.

Wishing them well for many years to come, they care & it shows.

Brilliant place grandkids love it and the food is not overpriced. Been quite a few times now last year mainly for obvious reasons. Comfy chairs for the oldies. Good well designed play areas for the wee ones.

I’ve attended this place twice as a party guest with my child.
We just walked in off the street. Straight in. No one is ever at the desk at the front. Shocking lack of any security. All other soft play centres sign your children in and have secure gates etc. Literally Anyone can walk in off the street ....and out again.
The place is clean and fine for soft play etc BUT the lack of security when children are involved isn’t great.
