New Century Cars has been established since 1972. It is the Harrow’s most famous Minicab Company known for its reliable services and proficiency. Our fleet is comprised of 200+ vehicles. That includes all sort of transportation vehicles, empowering us to offer a 5-10 minute’s services in all Northwest London. We are one of Harrow's prominent Minicab company that provides services for all purposes including VIP executive, weddings, airport runs and stations covering the entire areas of Harrow, Pinner, Rayners lane, Ruislip and nearby towns. All our drivers are given rigorous training in customer relationship. Plus it’s made sure that they are well aware of all the localities allotted to them. Drivers are also equipped with latest GPS technology and PDAs that run our integrated software system. From dispatching drivers to picking up the passengers, all our system is computerized.

Don’t touch this company with a barge pole. After confirming our booking and taking our money, they left a voicemail to cancel ONE HOUR before taxi was due. The call handlers were very rude and each one gave us a different ‘story’. They let us down badly and very nearly ruined a special event.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. One star is too generous. Pre booked a journey several days in advance and they never bothered turning up despite TWICE confirming the booking on the day in question

Four hours before I called to check they had a driver and they said all was good. 30 mins before the scheduled collection they confirmed a driver had been assigned and yet no driver turned up and they didn’t even have the courtesy to call and cancel. I called them after sitting around and waiting and they didn’t even provide an explanation for why they confirmed twice earlier or explain why they didn’t call to cancel.

I booked a cab for 6.45 to catch a flight. They cancelled it at 6.10. You’d think they’d phone you or text, but no, they sent me an email!
It was very lucky I checked it and managed to find Uber. And then.. guess what? They charged me for the journey. Honestly unbelievable

A horrible experience with a rude absolutely horrid controller . I have used them for about 6 years and I knew the older ones who were kind and polite and friendly . I booked a cab on Wednesday the 22nd September 2021 and I paid online . I asked the driver to pick me up from where they dropped me at Harrow . The driver decided he wanted to pick me up elsewhere and I told him to come to my location as I wasn’t at Hsbc in Harrow , he asked me to wait for him by McDonald’s opposite Iceland. I waited for 40 minutes and he cooked up some lie to the office . The controller told me no drivers available.
He literally abandoned me where I was , no other means of transport except to walk which I was unable to do for health reasons .
He was very very badly behaved and rude. I don’t know his name but I know he’s giving the company a very bad name and reputation.
I suggest when you call them ask for the name
Of who you are speaking to and if possible record the conversation.
I actually have a record of the conversation where he dropped the phone on me .

I landed at LHR just recently, with a prebooked car by these guys. In short, it took me 2 hours and a myriad of phonecalls to get my car to arrive. Their customer service was rude, passive-aggressive and had absolutely zero information to provide. I would receive conflicting information from one representative to the next, multiple new booking confirmations over the two hours but no cars showing up. When reaching out to them post-trip, to try to open a dialogue I have been ignored on every attempt of communicating.

I booked online as they advertised online as covering my area. I called to clarify a few things andxthe man I spoke to was rude and even hang up before the end of our conversation. I called gain the day before to change the time of pickup,no problems. A few hours later, I received a message and call to say they could only do airport bookings from my area! I mentioned that I had called twice and that no one had mentioned it. The man was very apologetic but the damage had been done and I had only a few hours to find someone else. Don't use, unreliable.

My booking was cancelled via email last minute. Not even as much as a phone call.
Booking made a day in advance.
I've had to run and panic with multiple bags and ended up missing a train.
Your unprofessional behaviour cost me business and I currently hope you intend to refund the payment taken on my card!
Avoid at all costs!

Used for pick up from Stansted airport. Nice friendly driver, cheaper than the other quotes but arrived to the airport 1 hour late. No apology from the call centre and had to call them 3 times to get info on where the driver was.
