Lovely place to watch the world go by. Great cafe on site, although having watched the duck swimming passed, it was a bit of a shock to see them on the menu!!!

Lovely quiet location, beautiful woodland and lakeside walks. Plenty of fishing, great lakeside cafe with good food. Friendly helpful staff, pitches are good size and accommodate any size vehicle or tent. Lovely central play park for the kids away from the water.

We often come here for a well priced, delicious supper. Always well cooked food although service sometimes a bit slow....

I've visited Sumners Ponds with and without friends, each time a relaxing visit, good food and drinks, plus excellent ambience. Only downside was the quality of the music during the evening, howeveer, it was low-level so it didn't interfere with the chat

From 1pm to go on to pitch, but guess if you call ahead and they have availability you could go straight on, otherwise there is plenty of parking on site.
