Very digusting and rude service by the gentlemen with glasses at the from counter. Refused to refund my deposit and laughed in my face. Must be fired from the business!

The staff where super helpful. We went with a group of children and adults and the team where amazing with the kids. Ensuring everyone understood exactly what to do and helped where needed. The place was super clean. Would definitely go back.

The lady in reception was so helpful and nice to my daughter and I. We arrived late as we got held up on the motorway, but she was fine and managed to rush our details through and get us sorted.
The safety staff (marshalls) again were really friendly and helpful.

Absolute appalling, a shambles. The staff have absolutely no idea how to run the place. We were shown the standard safety briefing before the 20 minute session which explains repeatedly that it is a non-contact sport. During the ENTIRE 20 minute session my wife was repeatedly and intentionally bashed in to the walls by a group of lads on the track. The stewards were repeatedly told by my wife about the behaviour of the lads during the race and they did absolutely nothing about it. One member of staff, named Josh, blanked me when I spoke to him about it after the race when it is his complete responsibility to watch and marshall behaviour on track. A task that he obviously couldn't do. He couldn't even look me in the eyes when I spoke to him about it afterwards.
Give your staff proper training, don't hire useless kids, fix your carts as two of them weren't even functioning properly, buy new race suits as barely one of them had a working zip when I tried to find one, and don't refuse customers a refund when they come away IN TEARS because your staff are so bloody useless and other clients can't follow simple rules. We were paying clients of yours and your job is to look after us and make sure we have a good time. We were offered a voucher for a other session but like hell will we visit again, this place is an absolute dangerous sh**show because the staff are completely incompetent. - a point proven by a similar 1 star review by somebody last month, their time there sounds horrendous.

Took my son and his mates here Sunday 2nd April. The lads absolutely loved it. Great value for money. Never realised how fast 15 year olds could drive ha. The whole experience was brilliant and would definitely come again. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks to the amazing staff.

Went here for my sons 24th birthday absolutely amazing staff were so helpful went above and beyond to make everyone feel accommodated and welcome definitely worth a try. Will be going here again without a doubt.

The staff do not have no health and safety measures while you are on the track,my son went and there was a group of older lads on which were ramming him and other members of family, one of them turned into my sons kart and my sons kart went flying up in the air and he flew off the seat,his back is a mess,and when the staff got told about it,they just said we can only apologise,and didn’t even take them off when they had been doing it since going on.
