Booked a return trip to Heathrow Terminal 5. On both occasionally sent a vehicle that could not fit 4 suitcases when that is exactly what was booked in advance. Driver turned up in a Prius and had to put a suitcase up in the front seat and all hand luggage in the back with myself and my family.
On the return trip driver turned up over an hour late with the excuse of traffic given yet no traffic on journey home and constantly lied too that the driver was just parking up for the entire hour he was late.
When voicing my displeasure at the poor service offered £5 off the fair!!!
Shocking service and will never use again and recommend avoiding to others to ensure you actually turn up on time and get the actual vehicle you booked. 1* is only because can not give zero.

Do not trust this company. We arranged a taxi to collect us from Heathrow Airport and when we landed the taxi driver was not there. We called him and he said he needs 1 hour to arrive!!!! Then we called the company to ask for cancellation which was not possible and they said they arranged for a different driver to come pick us up earlier - which never really happened!!! As nobody arrived earlier. They lied to us. We were calling them every 10 mins and they were saying that the driver is at the parking and coming to meet us. The truth is that they never arranged another driver but the initial one came an hour later. We asked for our money back and they never agreed. They said they will give us a discount next time which we asked it written on an email. They never did.

What an utterly disappointing and egregiously unreliable company this has proven to be. I opted for their services based on their ostensibly superior ratings compared to other car transfer businesses. According to their website, Minicabs assured that they would diligently track my flight's arrival time, accommodating delays up to an hour and making necessary adjustments. However, our flight encountered a delay of 50 minutes. Regrettably, upon reaching our designated meeting point, there was an alarming absence of their representative. The ensuing call to them only served to compound our frustration, as they instructed us to journey to a distant car sharing app rendezvous point. It's almost as though their operational strategy hinges on summoning an Uber upon your arrival, while conveniently charging an extra fee for this 'service'. Astonishingly, I had already prepaid them £103, a significant contrast to the mere £70 an ordinary Uber ride covered for the same distance.
As for their customer service, it can only be described as discourteous and verging on confrontational. This entire ordeal has left an indelibly negative impression. I can emphatically state that I will never subject myself to such an experience again.

I needed a cab to Stansted Airport for an early morning flight. I usually catch the train but this flight was outside of the train schedule. I wanted a reliable cab service and many just seemed too risky due unreliable service standards. I found Britannia minicabs and based on the solid reviews I booked them.
Excellent service. Dennis turned up early, was super professional and it all felt like a 5 star experience. Their prices are also very reasonable.
Will definitely use again.

I recently used Britannia Minicabs for the first for a return journey to Gatwick from
Hornchurch. From the beginning the service has been impeccable with great service from Dennis who took the booking as well as took me and collected me from Gatwick. A Class service. This will now be my number one choice when travelling to any airport in future

We have used Denis’ services several times and always experienced the best of it.
He updated us on his travel, has been punctual, helpful with the luggages and very pleasant, and drove very safely.

Friendly cab service from the booking to the drive itself, clearly confirmed details of the booking once made, sent a reminder on the day of booking advising name of the driver and reg number of car collecting you. Driver was friendly, and a good smooth drive. Will definitely book again.

My husband and I were going to a show in the O2 and needed transport from Gatwick airport to Canary wharf, Where We had booked hotel Ibis Docklands. We checked the possibility for trains,buses etc.but it was too stressful in my head so I found minicabit.com, a site Where you get offers from different cab services and it would only be about 15-20 pounds more Than tre train and buses. We chose Brittania minicab And that decision turned out to be the best decision ever.
Denis Odintsov is simply one of the nicest and friendliest men we have ever met. And a gentleman. We were 2 hours late but he waited for us even though we couldnt give him a message before we landed in Gatwick.
We were unsure where he was so he parked and came for us in the airport. He helped with the suitcase and asked if he should take our small bags to. Very customer friendly.
With an hour and 10 min.in front of us we were a bit nervous because it could be rush hour because of our arrival but Denis made it a very pleasant ride. He talked and told about the things we Saw on the way and he also was very open about his family and other things. Very Nice and it felt like a family trip.
We will give 5 out of 5 stars for Denis and could we give more we would.
This is not the last time we will use him and his pro company.

We have used Britannia a few times and the service is always great. The drivers are friendly and courteous, they are punctual and helpful.

I am not sure what more I can add to the previous reviews apart from echo my positive experiences with Denis and his firm.
If like me you simply want a reliable reasonably priced minicab that is on time look no further and you will be pleasantly surprised. The service and drivers provided are of a different quality that you would come to expect from a minicab firm. Professional, prompt and always early. I have used Denis and team for multiple airport runs for work and always had a great experience.
