What an utterly disappointing and egregiously unreliable company this has proven to be. I opted for their services based on their ostensibly superior ratings compared to other car transfer businesses. According to their website, Minicabs assured that they would diligently track my flight's arrival time, accommodating delays up to an hour and making necessary adjustments. However, our flight encountered a delay of 50 minutes. Regrettably, upon reaching our designated meeting point, there was an alarming absence of their representative. The ensuing call to them only served to compound our frustration, as they instructed us to journey to a distant car sharing app rendezvous point. It's almost as though their operational strategy hinges on summoning an Uber upon your arrival, while conveniently charging an extra fee for this 'service'. Astonishingly, I had already prepaid them £103, a significant contrast to the mere £70 an ordinary Uber ride covered for the same distance.
As for their customer service, it can only be described as discourteous and verging on confrontational. This entire ordeal has left an indelibly negative impression. I can emphatically state that I will never subject myself to such an experience again.

After searching the options locally I chose Britannia for my families transfer to Stansted Airport , and collection on our return from holiday. The company and service were faultless.
I received a call the day before leaving from the driver picking us up in the early hours confirming time and destination. He arrived promptly at the time agreed and was very professional.
On return, we once again received a call the morning of our pick up to confirm details of time and in which zone we would be picked up from. Unfortunately we had a delayed flight but having constant communication with our driver allowed us to change the pick up time and they were ready at the allotted zone when we arrived, no waiting around. The driver (also the company owner) was so nice and professional even the drive home was pleasurable.
This is a very professional company who make transfers to and from the airport easy. I will be using them for any future trips to any London airports.

Booked Minicab well in advance to avoid delay/disappointment during rail strike on May 12th. 40 minutes later after being told ‘driver is just around the corner’ ‘ he has a problem with the app’ I had to grab another cab. The delay resulted in me missing a flight and I’m still awaiting a refund because I booked and paid in advance… DO NOT USE.

Booked a return trip to Heathrow Terminal 5. On both occasionally sent a vehicle that could not fit 4 suitcases when that is exactly what was booked in advance. Driver turned up in a Prius and had to put a suitcase up in the front seat and all hand luggage in the back with myself and my family.
On the return trip driver turned up over an hour late with the excuse of traffic given yet no traffic on journey home and constantly lied too that the driver was just parking up for the entire hour he was late.
When voicing my displeasure at the poor service offered £5 off the fair!!!
Shocking service and will never use again and recommend avoiding to others to ensure you actually turn up on time and get the actual vehicle you booked. 1* is only because can not give zero.

We booked a return airport transfer to Gatwick and had extremely professional service. Great communication and drivers were ready and waiting for us on departure from home and arrival back into the airport. Highly recommended

Do not trust this company. We arranged a taxi to collect us from Heathrow Airport and when we landed the taxi driver was not there. We called him and he said he needs 1 hour to arrive!!!! Then we called the company to ask for cancellation which was not possible and they said they arranged for a different driver to come pick us up earlier - which never really happened!!! As nobody arrived earlier. They lied to us. We were calling them every 10 mins and they were saying that the driver is at the parking and coming to meet us. The truth is that they never arranged another driver but the initial one came an hour later. We asked for our money back and they never agreed. They said they will give us a discount next time which we asked it written on an email. They never did.
