Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fizzy Fashions Romford.
DO NOT GIVE THIS SHOP YOUR MONEY!! My shopping experience of Dizzy Fashions was disgraceful! The man who works in the shop is arrogant, rude and disrespectful. The way he speaks and treats his staff is frankly disgusting and unnecessary. He made my shopping experience very awkward and made me feel really uncomfortable witnessing this first hand. I will not be stepping foot in this shop EVER again.

Really enjoyed my first visit to Romford Shopping Center and the other areas/shops around Romford..
It was a bit smelly around the train station so it’s good you don’t have to stick around for long near there !

A brilliant place for a foodie!
From Pie mash to English delights.
My favourite has to be the Tea Pot Cafe and the place downstairs for a good roast.

Met a friend for the first time since lockdown. Had a walk round and COVID rules are set in place. We were very impressed and this made us comfortable to carry on with our shopping

I sometimes walk into Romford Shopping Mall to either have a quick meal(mostly at Sunrise Jacket Potatoes and Oriental foods - I have done two separate reviews for them earlier). Last year I also popped-in for a last minute Christmas shopping. Today was a bit different - I actually took my own time to wander around the shopping mall. It is a much smaller mall compared to it’s next door neighbours Liberty and Mercury shopping mall.

The mall is very conveniently located in the town centres. It has a few places to eat where you could sit down and have a breakfast. The shops are less busier - so you could actually go through the displayed stuff without being rushed to buy.

Overall, a nice friendly experience in this world of mad-rush.

I would definitely recommend this shopping mall for a quieter and friendlier experience.

I’m not normally one for reviewing things, but I felt that me and My son had Such a good day Visiting Santa that I should share this experience.

We arrived at the shopping mall at around 13:00 made our way up the escalator to Santa’s Grotto.

Once up Top a member of staff had spotted us (me) looking lost, approached and asked if we were ok and could he Help?
He Escorted us to Santa’s grotto and apologised for the small queue. He told my Boy to wave at Santa, and Santa Obliged and waved back.

We were only in the queue for around 10 mins, once at the Front I paid the Lady £6, she asked My sons Age a gave me a Blue Raffle ticket to represent his age group (3 Years)

Ron the Elf very kindly offered to look after Coats and Bags, and another young lady took my Son to sit beside Santa on the arm of the Sofa.

Santa was very impressive, he was talking to my Son about the magic of Christmas, what he liked, where he was spending Christmas so he delivered to the right address and was there any pets or dogs so that they didn’t bark or nibble he’s red suit.

My boy was totally captivated and Santa went on to ask for a his Glass of Milk, Cookies and that His reindeer preferred Parsnips to Carrots.

Santa then gave my Boy a wrapped present, this was a connect Four game. The quality of this was very good and obviously CE Marked and appropriate.

We were in with Santa for about 5 mins, during that time one the Young lady who showed us in took lots of Photos and some with all three of us together.

I would absolutely recommend this Santa Experience to anyone, you will not be Disappointed.

Great value for Money, great Customer Service and Santa.....Well what can I say he is Santa! he lived up to the expectations of children and Adults!

It is only a small arcade but lots of very interesting shops. There is a vinyl record with the associated paraphernalia that goes with LP's etc and a second-hand book shop that I just couldn't resist buying my next novel to read at a very good price. There are lots of very well priced places to eat and all seemed clean and very tidy.
