If this is the best beach then Aguadilla is not a place to go to the beach. Water is silty and if the weather is bad the waves are dangerous. One old building that might have some chicked for sale. Parking charges on holiday weekends....More

Even after Hurricane Maria, the beach is in pretty good shape. The fisherman’s wharf is still destroyed, but there are vendors with good food. There is both free parking and a pay lot. An ideal family beach with low surf, great for kids.

I have always loved this beach and although the hurricane hurt it a bit the beach looks more beautiful than ever! A must place to visit!

This beach was soooo beautiful, my family and I had fun diving from their piers and seeing all of the beautiful fish! Definitely worth a visit if you are ever on the island.

March 2018 after Hurricane Maria. Beach is clean, vendors are there during the day serving foods and drinks. The ocean as usual is gloriously beautiful. Great outing for the day. There is NO shade whatsoever, bring a beach umbrella or tent.

The surf in PR was highest in over 30 years. Thursday, March 8th (2018) the breakers were over 18 feet making this usually sedate beach a surfer heaven. Crashboat beach was closed after hurricane Maria as all of the beach and local marine was wiped...More

Crash boat beach is back in business after hurricane Maria. Lovely sandy beach, great clear snorkeling around the pier, and people selling food and pinchos from pop up stands. We were there in the morning, so I’m not sure if the beach bars are back...More

This wonderful West coast beach was heavily hit by hurricane María and the city and community did a great job restoring the sand area to almost its old splendor. All the services and vendors are back for a great experience. There is still work to...More

When I’m in Puerto Rico this is a must do for several days of my trip. The water is beautiful. Crystal clear and beautiful blue. You can see fish while you’re standing in the water. Nice snorkeling near the pier also. There are several good...More

Friend and I spent about 2 hours enjoying Crashboat Beach in mid-Feb. It was beautiful and uncrowded. We snorkeled to the end of the peer and enjoyed lots of fish. The water is so clear, you can see the shadow of the pier on the...More

I don’t mean to be the bearer of bad news, but I don’t know why everyone is saying yes. I was visiting this week and I asked about him and the street vendors and regulars here had told me that he was sick. He passed away... More

Yes. If you're interested in guided snorkeling, take the drive to Lajas and visit La Palguera. It's not far and it's beautiful. Easy via GPS.
