It is well worth stopping in for a meaningful taste of history and life in what was the sleepy south pre-Civil War. It's well-maintained and accessible.

This is a lovely parish church with an important history, frequented by Robert E. Lee during at least one winter during the Civil War. Well worth a stop in the charming town of Orange.
