Beach is not too far from Perth city (less than 30 mins drive), and you can enjoy your strolls, jogs and cycling here, just like the locals. The benches, painted blue and white, lie along the pathways, still looking the same as what I saw...More

Blue ocean and long beach looking at Rottnest island. Can be very windy and cold in winter time. Nice scenary though and easy access with bus or train.

A trip to Cottesloe summer or winter has to be done. After a walk along the beach and onto the rocky spit to watch the fishermen head back for some dinner. In winter wrap up, grab yourself fish and chips at Amberjacks which serve the...More

This is a good beach with plenty of space. Nice grass areas if you aren't keen on sitting on the sand and great kiddies play areas nearby. It was extremely busy when we were there because of Sculptures at the Sea but well worth a...More

There are no organised activities, just personal beach walking, night photography of the exhibitions if you are into it or eating dinner at a restaurant nearby

Sadly not for hire. If you go to the main Cottesloe beach there is plenty of shade on the terraces of lawn south of Indiana building.
