Compared to other transportation museums, this pales in comparison, but it is a great museum to see. The model train display is great. Worth a visit if you are in the area.

We fell in love with this Museum in Jan 2017, so much so that we now volunteer there! It has great memories for older locals & history buffs, amazing train replicas for kids & adults alike, antique fire engines & cars, and wonderful memorabilia.

Check out the huge model train exhibit that details Pulaski Virginia in the nineteen fifties and has photos and objects from various eras that document the railroad bringing progress to Martin's Tank that became Pulaski.

Nice little free museum but was expecting it to be a bit bigger from the information in travel brochures. Unfortunately the model railway was not working on the day we visited and the person that looked after it was on vacation so couldn't be fixed....More

Very nice folks at the desk. One lady was the daughter of Raymond Ratcliffe and a great resource for all things Pulaski. Very nice building and interesting displays. Nice train set and a couple things to keep even the very young interested.

Took my grandchildren and they loved watching the model train layout, playing in the train yard house, and even got to sound the siren on the antique fire engine.

There is no cost to visit this museum. They have a donation jar if you wish to donate. An annual membership is (I think) $25, and gives you a 10% discount on purchases.
