Not enough superlatives to praise the cast and crew of this marvelous theater and the choices of material they put on. This time we enjoyed “The Merry Wives of Windsor” filled with wonderful farce and business, and the world premiere of a modern companion piece,...More

We were visiting in the area and had an opportunity to attend a play here. It was in the summer and we saw As You Like It. The theater group did a wonderful job and we totally enjoyed the performance.

Joy! A visit to the Blackfriars Playhouse for this holiday added to the joy of the holiday. Amazing performance once again! Next time we’re traveling up interstate 81 we will again spend a night in Staunton to take in a performance. Bravo!
