Anyone who follows stock car racing is familiar with Wood Brothers Racing. Formed in 1953, WBR is NASCAR’s oldest active, continuously-operating team. Over seven decades of competition at the sport’s premier level, Wood Brothers Racing has posted 99 victories. After several years of running a...More

The Wood brothers are very well known in NASCAR and this museum has several of their cars plus other memorabilia from the many decades of racing. Staff is very helpful and nice. Gift shop includes shirts, die cast model cars and autographed pieces of autos.

Since we were in the area and had never been; decided to go. Enjoyed it very much. Small museum with a few cars that date back for years. Great pictures. Admission is free. Will go again if in the area.

Family run, family owned business that put small Stuart Va. on the world map forever. Very courteous family and very generous people. Down home people. I would encourage people to come out for a visit and meet the founding father, Glen Wood himself.

Not a large museum; but very personal. Lots of photos, memorabilia, and race cars to see. Free admission and multiple family and workers shared personal stories. Very friendly!

Is this place special or what? No admittance fee, that in itself is unusual. It gets better. Mrs. Glen Wood, Bernece, was there and is she something. So personable, witty, and genuine. She remembers more than most decades younger. We sat and talked for over...More

We visited the museum to see the history of the Wood Brothers in racing. This museum has a great variety of photos, uniforms, cars, trophies and the hostess went out of her way to make us feel welcome.
