Our one-hour Ghostly Tales tour takes you through Williamsburg's historic area in the evening. You will be introduced to the historic importance of each site visited, you will hear of the local ghostly legends that surround them, and of recent encounters with the spirits that reside there. Our Walk About History tour is a one-hour introduction to the history of Williamsburg - its historical importance, development in the 18th century, glimpses into daily life of colonial inhabitants, and modern restoration. An excellent choice if you have limited time to visit Williamsburg, or are looking for an in-depth orientation before touring the town on your own.

interesting history!

Our guide was very informative and had lots of neat stories of the history of Williamsburg. She was both friendly and knowledgeable, and enjoyed answering all our questions.

Our guide...Trish...was, first, a riveting speaker. and able to answer questions without hesitation because she clearly was an expert on the topic of the role of enslaved and free blacks in our country's founding. The other family on the walk was black and I wondered how they would react to the information we all were learning. They were as fascinated... More

Trish was wonderful. We had a small group of 5, we could ask questions and it was more interactive. Trish told us really good stories and you could tell she loves what she does which made the tour even better. I will definitely do more tours with her again and again!

Tricia was an excellent guide who mixed facts with entertaining vignettes that bring history to life. She also has the rare ability to make the tour entertaining for adults as well as 8 year olds.

Yes... who knew? Fact-based stories like this one are what makes us so popular. That, and our adaptability to our audiences. Who doesn't like a good pirate story? Thanks for the review. More

This has to be the best way to visit Colonial Williamsburg. Our guide was a walking talking fountain of knowledge. It is was easy stroll around town that enabled us to go back in time without leaving 2016. I would recommend this to anyone who has even the slightest interest in history.

As always, we appreciate comments such as yours. An awful lot of research time goes into what we do -- and we have much more information than that which fills our 90-minute tour. Glad you enjoyed it. More

My husband and I u do ghost tours or investigations pretty much every place we visit. There were MANY of these to choose from during our visit to Williamsburg, VA, and we chose to do 2 during our stay. We really enjoyed this tour, compared to the other one we did, which was a combined 3-4 hour one. This tour... More

I've been remiss in responding to reviews. But I have to say many people, including you, understand what we're going for. Yes, there's passion and compassion. Someone else described our tours as worthwhile for all people, regardless of race. We take these things to heart, and will continue to provide everyone with the unvarnished truth about this wonderful city. More
