Fun for a Three year old

A nice kids museum but a little smaller than most. Parking is limited and some is unpaved. The price is right for a kids activity.

when visiting Seattle was surprised by all the amazing things to do with kids. we wanted to go somewhere on a ferry so we chose bainbridge island ..the childrens museum was clean and fun to explore for all ages. the kids could go from exhibit to exhibit and it was easy to keep track of them. it was great

Different rooms representing different parts of life - a doctor's office, grocery store, and upstairs a ball run and other science based fun things for kids.

Went with our grandsons, who are five and one half years old. Perhaps the best that could be said would be that there could have a few more instructions placed around the various displays that would have assisted them with the various activities. We were there for about two hours, maybe a little less. They seemed to enjoy themselves though.... More

Who doesn't like to visit Bainbridge Island? With the shops, hikes, and biking. But if you have kids on your trip include a side visit to this wonderful Museum.

When it rains, this is a great place to take the younger kids. Lots of hands-on activities. Museum offers lots of great programs for kids too.

We stopped in for the girls (2 and 5) to play and they had an incredible time. They loved the grocery section as well as the doctors office. Lots of really fun well organized areas. This was a great place to stop, we would totally go back again.

This nice little museum is best for kids 8 years old or younger. Whether they need downtime upon arrival on Bainbridge, or before leaving, the proximity to the ferry can't be beat. Lots of parking, and very close to restaurants in Winslow. Check out the nearby art museum also!

Kids Discovery Museum is a little gem on Bainbridge Island. We discovered it while visiting Seattle and taking the ferry over for the day! Easy walking distance from the port. Our kids (3,5) needed a playtime break from sightseeing in the city. This place was perfect for them. A great treehouse to climb right when you enter, a play grocery... More
