If you like toy trains you would probably enjoy it. My husband does and he did - I don't and I didn't.

We came here because it was all the other downtown Museums were closed. (Monday and Tuesdays). Its a one room show and frankly was not worth the admission to look at someone's hobby. They do have some brio trains that you small children can play with while the older ones are watching the mail model. It is very kid friendly.

Spent about an hour and half in here looking at the exhibits and interesting photos. Got speaking to a guy who obviously knew his stuff as he spent ages explaining the various things to us very interesting guy to talk too. They have a large train set built and working with various engine configurations well worth the $5 entrance fee.

We went here because my husband loves anything trains. It has a nice train set up. It looks like a nice place to take young children and where the local train club might meet.

Kids love it and the kid in all of us love it too. It hasn't got big trains. It's local with model railways. It's great for kids.

I had so much fun enjoying the train set up that these guys made that I didn't realize I had spent an hour here! I have been with different age groups. The older people enjoy the historical displays along the walls and the younger people enjoy the interactive train set ups. Books and toys to if you need to take... More

Went with a 2 year old, they loved it! Detailed G scale set up. Run by volunteers, we we're ignored... Was hoping to play with the G scale train but they let other visitors use it and they didn't want to share. Some other displays not too much historical value, fun to check out but don't expect to learn much.

Our family is nuts about trains so this small but well done venue was perfect. They allowed us to bring in our own train birthday cake and there were train themed toys to occupy toddlers while the rest of the children and grownups enjoyed the train layouts. There are historic trains in display cases as well. I especially liked the... More
