This quite unpopulated beach is one of my favorites... a short drive from Terry's corner, you can spend all day here! Plenty of parking and at high tide a wonderful beach to launch your kayaks!

Spent hours here, walking trails, having lunch and watching birds. The trails are level and in good conditions even with all the rain we have gotten this winter. The Hobbit trail was interesting. Canopy with lots of moss. Exposed roots, a good way to burn...More

Such a exquisite place !! Marvelous views of salt-water, mountains, etc. And then also a walk along a dyke which makes the view even better. And then there is a walk back through the salt water marsh. Great for bird-watching. In the summer there is...More

Relaxing beach to walk on. Also good place to take dogs. Also if you like to bird watch. Or just to watch the sunset

Iverson Spit is a great beach with a lot of recreational opportunities. There are hikes not far from the beach (try the hobbit trail), swimming, beach combing, kayaking, bird watching (Eagles, cranes, herons, gold finches, gulls and several others) or just relaxing on the beach...More

This is a hidden gem that we had a great time out. The area is sandy as opposed to rocky and when the tide goes out it leave smaller pockets of water that kids of all ages can enjoy. The kids were able to go...More

Nice and quiet. Beautiful views and lots of driftwood. Off the beaten path from regular beaches. Parking and it's free.

A small, intimate typically northwest beach, full of driftwood and all kinds of rocks and shells for exploring. Don't expect conch shells or great big recognizable ones. You'll have to look hard to find them! Previous reviewers talk about many trails, but we are not...More

Fun place to hang around on a nice sandy beach, swim and relax. Usually a little windy, so lots of people go there to fly kites! Lots of cool driftwood shelters too! You do have to be careful though because a couple years ago someone...More

It's hard to say. There is always a lot of driftwood here. Sometimes you can find a cleared path to the beach, and others you will need to climb. The walking trail is level, but it is not directly on the beach.
