The short factory tour was packed with information about this lone facility that makes Aplets and Cotlets. There were many tasty samples to enjoy when back in the sales room, as well as some good deals on the sweet, fruity products.

This is a great little family owned business. Very good free tour (however they accept tips in a can on the sales counter). A lot of free samples of their many flavors. Good flavored sugar-free candy. Will return if in the area.

This was my second time to the Aplets and Cotlets factory but first time taking the factory tour. This is the ONLY facility that produces these fruity gems and It was so intersting to see where and how they are produced as well as company history and little facts about production. Also a great time to stock up in the... More

If you are crossing the state, it would do well to stop in Cashmere, a very quaint town where you can stretch your legs and take the Applets tour. Turkish delight is yummy, and the history of this company is interesting. Tour only takes about 10 minutes, and as a bonus you get to wear a hairnet!

This was the first stop on the Harman Center' Mystery Trip #3 What a fun place to stop and shop for our favorite sweet! The tour through the factory was both informative and surprising to most! The staff were polite, helpful and just all around amazing! A great place to visit even if you don't know what a Turkish Delight... More

We heard about Aplets and Cotlets while in a rest area close to Stevens Pass. My wife just loves Aplets and Cotlets so on our way to Spokane we stopped in Cashmere to visit the store and facility where they are made. We had a tour of the production area from the kitchen to the packing line. It was very... More

We had only a few minutes to stop in and see the store. We would love to come do the factory tour next time. Loved the samples they had out, and we got a box of original applets and cotlets.

We enjoyed the shopping and watched the video to learn about the making of the candies. We liked the sugar free ones and bought quite a few

The factor tour is very interesting, it gives lot of information about the process followed before we get the yummy candy! And, you get to see the factory where all this action takes place. While you are there, make sure you try out the various samples - it gets tough to decide which one not to buy since all of... More

If you are a big fan of the candy, then you will find some great sales at the factory store. However, there are signs all over advertising a factory tour, but there was nothing going on on two different dates that I have stopped by. I don't know when they make the candy, but it wasn't while I was there.
