Here is one of the wonderful things about the Snohomish County Park system. They have created a wonderful beach and picnic green at the mouth of an old growth draw, that can only be reached by hiking the 1.25 miles down a shaded path that...More

A great place to visit in the winter but in the summer this place does become very crowded. In spring seals nest on the beach so it will be closed.

We have gone here many times, wonderful hike with pets or kids. Our 2-4yr olds enjoyed it although did have to carry them on the way back and it is uphill coming back for parts of it. The beach is not crowded and fun to...More

Our niece suggested this walk one day when the family was looking for something to do. We arrived on a Saturday around 10:00am and there were a few spots left in the lot. The walk through the trees was scenic and I loved hearing and...More

This is a down and up walk, slippery in some places but totally worth the effort. Starting in the parking lot and walking down takes about 20 minutes where you end up in a picnic area with Porta Potties and drinkable water. A short walk...More

My partner suggested we do something different for dinner so we thought a nice picnic at the beach would be just the ticket. We had never been to Medowdale Beach Park before so we headed out. Packed up a small ice chest for the wine,...More

Great beach to hike down with a picnic lunch through the woods and end up at the beach. Grass area with picnic tables and then under the railroad bridge to the sandy beach.

A steep trail makes it hard for older and handicap people. Younger kids and adults love it though. Just a nice place to visit and enjoy a small hike.
