I only came here to do the walk around the lake. It was a nice walk up and down small hills even for me and I am quite overweight. Most of it in the shade, a few people went off the trail to fish. Nice...More

Came here with the mother in law after a longer hike early in the day. Was so nice! Got to sit at the benches and eat lunch and watch the water. Nice walk.

The trail around the lake was recently repaired (parts of it flooded). You DO need a WA state Discover Pass if you don't want to be ticketed. Rangers there only part of the year. During the summer the swimming area is open, with a raft...More

Dogs on leashes are welcome at the park and on the trail. It's a favorite walk of ours.
