Parts of the trail were so overgrown we could no longer see the trail and couldn't pass through due to the tall tall wet grass, and blackberry bushes.

5 mike loop to take advantage of a sunny spring day in Seattle/Everett area. It was OK ! The biggest concentration of birds and animals were on the water treatment ponds ... walking back the wind was not in our favor and it was stinky...More

We started at Langus Park and walked along the Snohomish River to Spencer Island. This is very pleasant and quiet. The path is paved and level so it is an easy walk.

It's great to be able to get outside in a quiet setting. There is water and many kinds of birds. Nice place to stroll and collect your thoughts and get away from sounds of the city.
