We visited here 4 years ago and it was a nice park, just across the street from the water front. This time, not so great. It appears to have gone down hill I'm afraid to say. Some homeless campers, random cars driving around continuously and...More

Go when the tide is low and expect to walk out quite far. It's really a shallow sandy beach and on hot days is a great place to swim and get wet. Make sure you have the discover pass or otherwise pay at the old...More

Excellent place for either fishing or to see a gorgeous sunset. The view from the pier at sundown has got to bee seen. The water and houses along it make a great setting for photography and for lovers

Stopped by here to see the park as we had never been by before. Good size park but busy on a Sunday afternoon. Have to walk thru a tunnel under the road to get to the small beach. Didn't look very good for handicap access...More

We were there on Sunday. One of the best hiking experiences. We were on 40% of the trails. Seemed to be very easy and enjoyable hike. Beach area was completely packed, hope due to weekend. Staff at ranger station was quite helpful.

The park is one of the best in the system. Good walking trails and a nice but small beach. They perfect place to get away for some quiet time. You do need a Discover Pass or to pay the day use fee. The Discover Pass...More

The day pass is $10.00. A Discover Pass is $30.00 and is good for one year.
