This is about a mile long boardwalk by the airport in Hoquiam. Hoquiam is right next to Aberdeen so it's like the same town. Go to the airport and park by the only restaurant at the airport. It's closed but there's parking. Walk around the...More

Great to see so many shorebirds. Easy parking and educational signs along the trail. Adjacent to the airport.

This place is in an odd location and you wonder if you will find it. But when you get to it, it's a nice piece of God's nature seeing the water and lots of birds

I would have never found this place without a local telling me about it. Unfortunately, we were not there during migration, that has got to be a sight to see. We did however see many birds, deer, and banana slugs. This is a great peaceful...More

Once you find this place back behind the air port you end up on a mile+ raised wood walking trail that heads out to the shore line. The birds are wonderful if you get out here during the shore bird fest. DON'T MISS THIS!
