One of many lighthouses accessible with an easy trail and great views over the water. The light still functions, however, is like many on an automated system.

This is an historical site and area related to the terminus of the Lewis and Lark Expedition. A wonderful walking/bike trail follows their route north up the dunes to Long Beach, WA

From the parking lot it is less than 10 minutes walk to the lighthouse. The structure looks like it has been recently renovated. The views around are very beautiful. If in this park, it is worth checking out the other lighthouse just further down the...More

Beautiful views and the sound of the waves crashing against the rocks is blissful. It was foggy on the waterfront but you could still see the lighthouse fine.

We enjoyed our visit to this working lighthouse. It was quite windy so our visit was more brief. The tour guides were quite knowledgeable. There wasn't a big crowd (8 per group every 20 minutes) so we didn't have to wait long and the guides...More
