Beautiful area to walk and explore. Love to visit when all the Azaleas and Rhododendrons are in bloom. A real bonus is to attend the plant sale in April/May.

A tranquil walk through a wonderland of trees surrounding a huge lake. A place to breathe deeply, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and appreciate the sheer beauty. Be sure to take photos and record this rare treat.

Nice shaded areas and smooth trails. I'd recommend a light jacket on some days. It can get cold for some unknown reason. Mainly the breeze off of the lake and the tree cover

Easy trail to stroll if you are in the neighborhood. There is a lodge if you require to sleep over. Perfect time can be spring.
