Super cool, but I wouldn't drive too far out of my way for it.

We had several friends talking about this cave, so we thought we'd give it a try. I took myself and... read more

This trail was easy to find, well marked and very well maintained. The forest service has informative signs to explain why and how the caves got there. This is a fee area ($5.00) and a flashlight is necessary to navigate the cave. We had children...More

My friends and I followed “Devil’s creek” all the way down and we found the nature slide! Definitely a hike for anyone of any size! Don’t be discouraged, uphill isn’t so bad and our absolute worth it.

There is a dusty, 1 mile trail up to the waterfall. You can walk over the rocks and go behind or in the chilly waterfall. Then you get to walk through the caves (bring a flashlight). After the caves you have the option to hike...More

The hike to Boulder Cave has been a family event for more than 60 years. Now there are four generations in the family that counted as a favorite.

It is a nice well used trail and walk through a cave. Bring a good flashlight. Wear good walking shoes as the cave has a rocky bottom with possibilities of ankle twisting.

This is a fairly easy trail to a very nice walk thru the cave itself. Only about a mile and a half round trip. A lot of uphill hiking. Not too steep, but if you are old like me, be prepared to stop and rest...More

We did this as a short hike, having done the High Skyline at Mounbt Rainier the day before, so a bi more relaxed. It was still a nice walk, around 1.7 miles all in. The cave was obviously the star attraction. Really interesting rock formations,...More

A short drive up the highway, Boulder Cave is a local favorite spot. With a recently redone parking lot and bathrooms, the trail is a short and easy hike up to the cave. You definitely need something stronger and more than a phone for a...More
