Walked on Thanksgiving Day as Storm Bruce was passing through. The wind and the rain were awesome. We were prepared with full rain gear, water, and lunch. The driftwood, very large trees, were artistic sculptures. Found a few agates but mostly just enjoyed the weather...More

December weather is amazing to watch at the sea. The blue gray of the sea blends with the sky. Be sure to find a map to locate this point and visit. Otherwise it may be overlooked. Beachcombing at its best. Beautiful deer in the area...More

This is the place to be to view the sea on stormy days! The drive out to the end of the road is fun too - all the different types of beach homes (and condos for rent.)

We live in Colorado but try to make it to Ocean Shores once a year. Damon Point is never disappointing. Beautiful views, friendly people, and small treasures are always to find. It does the soul good to be there and to walk on the beach.

My husband and I love the beach. The only thing better than being at the beach is walking on the beach looking for shells, sea glass, and other treasures.

We walked for several hours along the beach while finding lots of shells and crabs. Huge waves, few people, and beauty all around. Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a peaceful walk along the beach.

A long beach and easy to walk on. Not many shells, etc to collect or we were just too late. Some interesting large pieces of drift wood

Damon Point is always a must visit place every time we are in Ocean Shores, which is several times a year. The wave action and beach are amazing. It is my grandsons' favorite place to rock and shell hunt and jump the waves.

It is about four miles round trip. We like to start walking by the ocean, enjoying the views on a sunny day of Mount Rainier, and Wesport. The park is friendly with dogs, always on a leash. After reaching the point we like to come...More
