We jumped into a tour that had already started that only had 2 people & we had a family of 6. Very interesting & informative. Guide was a wealth of knowledge & spectacular! He could relate the info to our kids ages 13-7 & keep them engaged! Our kids even asked questions, lots of them - we were shocked. 3... More

We were in the building for a Legislative Day for a trade group. We got there a day ahead of time so went over just to nose around. Got there just as a volunteer was starting a tour. Really interesting about the history of the building, the origins of the state seal, etc. The building housing the legislative chambers and... More

Our capitol is uniquely beautiful, full of different marbles and a stately atmosphere. I volunteer at the Visitor Center and one of our most popular attractions is the free tour of the Legislative building with its dome. The grounds are well maintained and hold several memorials, something to interest everyone.

Wonderful tour of the legislative building of the capital. We had adults, teens and a young child in our group and everyone enjoyed the tour. Learned a lot about how the House and Senate were set up. P,us the building g is beautiful and fascinating with lots of history.

Folks don't think to visit the Capitol, however it is well worth the visit. The marble throughout and the history associated with the building makes the visit memorable.

Nothing special, but a very beautiful campus, especially for a small City / State Capitol. I used to live in Olympia for many years and I've actually spent a lot of time there with School, Boy Scout, and other field trips...

Dave S was an enthusiastic and extremely knowledgeable guide through the capital building. We received huge amounts of history about the building and the state of Washington. Absolutely gorgeous building and entertaining guide. Great way to stay out of the rain

Beautiful building; we took the tour as a work group and were impressed with the architecture, history and with the knowledgeable tour guide and his interesting pieces of trivia. The price tag (free) was also awesome!
