We had a great time exploring the area around the Nisqually Reach Nature Center. We were able to see birds and other small wildlife that characterize our region. A great trip!

It's a funky little museum, particularly good for kids. They'll learn about the sea life in the Sound. My wife and I drive down a couples times a week, sit in the car in the small parking area between the boat ramp and the Nature...More

Nice walk. Have seen eagles on several occasions. Sites vary with tide being in or out. Sometimes the boardwalk is a little slippery. Have art exhibits int the entry area.

This was an awesome find, nice walk along shore at low tide, found shells and explored nature center which had wonderful sea life and fossils. The icing on the cake was the photo stand up board with the geoduck and oyster.

Very easy walking. You can walk a short distance or do the full distance which is flat and long. Suggest bring water as it is a long walk. Wheel Chair assessable. Do have benches for resting. Absolutely peaceful, lots of nature and the down side...More
