My friend who is an aromatherapist and I attended the Lavender Festival in July in Sequim WA. We toured several farms but the Jardin du Soleil was quite amazing. Good food, great vendors, and the young man who owns the farm and showed us the distilling of the oil was very informative. Who knew that someone with no farming background... More

As part of Sequim's lavender weekend, this farm was on the free tour bus route, although there was an admission fee during the festival. Jardin has the most dramatic lavender vistas of any I visited; rolling hills of purple beauties fit for a picnic, or just to breathe in the wonderful scent while relaxing under a tree overlooking the farm.... Went for a night of music in the middle of lavender fields. The beautiful well mannered children playing was a joy to observe. The smell of grilled bratwurst with roasted onion and peppers, warm graham cracker ice cream cones waffling the air. Sipping on our wine while relaxing in comfortable andorongic chairs that they supplied. Great band! What an amazing time!

I chose to visit this lavender farm, gift shop, maze after the lavender festival, hence no crowds. Of three that I visited, this was the most delightful! The gift shop offered many lavender confections--soaps, candles, body lotions, linens and of course lavender raspberry sorbet. There's a gazebo with tables outside to enjoy your ice cream. Photos are welcomed and wandering... More

The gift shop was the best out of a few places in Sequim. Love their lavender goat milk soap. They were charging people to get in to see a camel, take a tour, etc. None of the other places did that.

Thanks for the review DeeKay171. I am glad you enjoyed our gift shop during your visit to the farm during the Jardin du Soleil Lavender Festival. While the farm is open free to the public all other times of the year, we do charge an admission fee during lavender weekend. In addition to helping us raise the funds to keep... More

We started here on our first Lavender Festival in Sequim. This farm felt the most rustic and most authentic of our farm tours. The fields were beautiful and inviting. Learned a lot about the distilling of lavender oil. Nice music from the stage too.
