My boyfriend and I stayed in one of the spa rooms which was nice and we were excited to use the tub. After a short while of being in the room the ceiling was dripping water and had huge bubbles from the tub that must have been in the room above us. We notified front desk and they said they would have someone “look” at it. It was uncomfortable to see how bad the leak was which is also right next to ur bed and toilet. When we checked out same thing they said oh we will fix it. Ok great I’m glad your gonna fix it but what about customer service? Try to move us to another room or maybe some kind of discount would have made us feel more appreciated. I then wrote an email to them and they said we would love to give u a complimentary upgraded room ok so I took that as they were goin to comp the room drove over an hour to get there and they wanted me to spend more on this room than I did the first time I was there of course I didn’t end up staying and took my business elsewhere. I guess a complimentary upgrade is only to upgrade ur room which only costs u more the next stay so I don’t know why I couldn’t have the same type of room with a discount if that is all they were able to offer. I guess they can’t afford to help make things right with a customer. We won’t be back and disappointed in how this all was handled. I was hoping to let them change my mind and have more visits to their establishment as we love to gamble. I hope they look into better customer service and understand why a customer would be upset.

We were traveling through the area and decided to stop for dinner based on the positive reviews. So glad we did! The menu was awesome and definitely filled our want for seafood. The crab bisque was incredible! Everything we ordered was better than expected, even the side salads! Service was excellent and our iced tea glasses were always full. We tipped well cuz they deserved it! We will definitely be back... maybe to check out the rest of the resort! Cheers!

New name and much higher prices. The food was terrible.... WHY did they make this into a "Mexican" food restaruant. Tortilla soup, $48.00, very spicy and a somewhat smaller bowl. The street tacos were dry and came with NOTHING. Beer expensive. If you go on a Wednesday the horrible KAREOKE started at 6 p.m. The music VERY loud and much of the singing is not so good.

The room was a deluxe non-smoking king bed. Beautiful and clean! The bed was firm, just right for me. To much for the hubby. There was a chair and a desk chair but no table to set at and have our in room coffee. And no microwave. Have to ask for a super deluxe for a table chairs and microwave. The k cup coffee profided was Tullys. But the little creamers were more of a cheap ass whitener. Nasty. I suggest you hit the island grill before they close and ask them for some real creamer. Or get an Americano at the espresso stand in the lobby. It was $8.for 2 lg. But it was awesome coffee! Wonderful stay. The coffee/creamer, no microwave and no table and chair are the reason I didn't give 5 stars. We had breakfast at island grill. Very good. Coffee was just o.k. Probably because the espresso stand coffee was so good. Lol. We had Bloody Marias and nachos at the sports bar/Mexican tequila bar. Very good!
