I live in Bellingham and followed the helpful advice of other TripAdvisors who recommended a mid-week visit. Good hints included: - free parking in the lower lot - great view of the falls along a well-maintained walkway with educational signs. Not a lot of space...More

We love to bring out of town visitors to see this fabulous falls at any time of the year. It is so photogenic. Few people take advantage of driving down to the lower falls parking lot as the hike down and back can be challenging.

It is a nice easy hike down to the Falls from the top; wear your hiking boots and bring hiking poles if you have them to keep from slipping. You can also drive down there!

This place is half an hour south east of Seattle... Definitely worth the trip. The view of the falls is great... The walk down to the bottom of the falls is a hike...bring water...

Very short distance to view the falls from the upper parking lots - minutes away, and all paved. The upper washrooms and gift shop are also close, unlike another reviewer has stated here. If you walk to the bottom of the... More

We stayed at Denny Creek Campground and would recommend it for tent campers and even folks with RV's. Its a 30 minute drive from the falls, nearing the actual Snoqualmie Pass in the mountains. Lots of great big trees that... More
