Lived here for over 20 years...but Never got here. Really is a must see for all ages. Went in the fall so had the added bonus of beautiful leaves!

This is a magnificent waterfall! So glad we were able to get to this site. The photos are nothing compared to the real thing.

Easy drive out of Seattle, and we had no trouble parking in the free parking across the street (pay the $5 only if you want to park in the closest lot). Nice trail and overlook. Nice stop on our driving day in the mountains.

Good viewpoint at the Falls, it sucks that you have to pay $5 minimum to park, not much water over Falls in the fall

Though it was raining and windy out, it did not detract from the beauty of the Falls. Parking is free on one side of the road and has a cost on the other... I'd recommend parking in the free lot if it is available as...More

So glad I took the time to travel here. Even though it was foggy in the mountains when I visited, it was still worth it. Interesting signage explaining the falls.

Snoqualmie Falls was an impressive waterfall surrounded by beautiful scenery. It’s in a beautiful little town and has free parking. There’s not a heap to do at the actual falls but it’s worth the trip.

One of the most iconic places to see in Western Washington is Snoqualmie Falls. They range from a lovely, tall, small waterfall in the summer, but that is only based on what we've seen in contrast-the raging falls particularly during the snow melt in April/May/June...More

As soon as we settled in Kirkland this was the first site we visited and gave our entire trip an amazing start. The waterfall is absolutely beautiful, and there were so many water sport activities to do- the teens gladly made use of these opportunities....More

When we got there it was pouring down rain, yet it still was a wonderful experience. The falls are impressive at 267 feet. There is a nice gift shop next to the falls and a nice walking trail, although the rain got too heavy for...More

You can definitely plan it by yourselves. A tour company isn't necessary, unless of course, you're using them for transportation to and from the Falls.
