Fun to walk through

It's a lot of fun to walk through and look at all these old vehicles and how vehicles have changed over the years. It's fun to trigger those old memories when walking through.

We sold a car at their auction. Unfortunately the turnout was small because of rain. The grounds are beautiful, home to a Catholic boys school, was a one time military academy also. The cars are displayed under a shed room, some in the 'gymnasium, and rows of three tiers in a metal building. LOTS of cars, motorcycles, buses, trucks... European,... More

We visited the LeMay Museum at Marymount on Wednesday, October 12 with the Primetimers of Chehalis First Baptist Church. We were given a guided tour, first of the Red Building with several amazing exhibits. The hosts were so gracious and even set up tables where we could eat our sack lunches. After lunch, our group was divided into two groups... More

The docent that we drew knew the story of every single car on the tour (about 500 cars) , they had more cars stacked in racks too! Along with a lot of trucks , some motorcycles , some cyclecars , and busses, motor homes , boats , heavy equipment outside! There was a gun show so they had the cars... More

If you have seen the LeMay Museum and liked it, be sure to also visit the Family Collection. It is nothing short of amazing. The tour you get (incluided in the price of the museum) is done by people that know A LOT about these cars and is very interesting. This is a most see for car and design lovers!

We have been to a number of car museums across the country, but this is by far the largest collection we have seen - over 2000 cars!! The site of the museum is a former boys boarding school located about 30 minutes SE of Tacoma. The first building you tour through is the former field house, gym, etc. where the... More

So many cars stacked floor to ceiling (in many places stacked three high), that it's truly an overwhelming and memorable experience! Be sure to see a few of the remarkable cars in the collection, such as the extremely rare Tucker automobile. *Great rainy day activity for both locals and visitors to the Seattle / Tacoma area.

This is not the fancy new place (250 cars) but has over 500 cars spaced out in an old school and out buildings. When Lemay acquired the school he promised to keep it as original as possible so you will see cars in the stands in the gym and one even in the shower. The best part however is when... More

Marymount houses much of the LeMay car/motorcycle museum. Moderately priced way to spend an afternoon reminiscing about when you were young and these cars were your goal to own. This is only partially the cars available, with a large number available to view at the original LeMay home. The cars at this location is available normally the last weekend in... More

This facility has offered an auction-fundraiser for many years. I have met many great people and seen many beautiful cars/trucks/bikes. It's a wonderful event.
