Worth a visit on a sunny Autumn Sunday. Two blocks long, lots of parking, and a good mix of people and produce and artisan stuff. We bought berries and cheese and added them to our cooler before setting out to the farms for peppers.

This is a small, but active market if you're looking for fresh produce of any kind. There seemed to be a wide variety of seasonal items and a few vendors selling food. Given the agricultural richness of the area, I thought it would be bigger, but it was nice to see that locals were supporting the market. On the day... More

I somewhat expected the Yakima Farmer's Market to be larger. It covers perhaps 2 blocks, both sides of the street. Lots of local produce, a few crafts, community groups and only a couple of food vendors on the day we went. The biggest scores for me were the Asian organic vegetable stand - where I found the best Japanese cucumbers... More

the available vendors has increased in number and there are a variety or farm, floral, freshly cooked foods and art. if you have an animal, bring, bring your animal on a leash. plenty of other company for them. vendors are friendly and active with the customers. you will have an enjoyable couple of hours.

Tons of fresh produce (no surprise there) and good prices. I wouldn't say that it's anything out of the ordinary for a farmer's market but it is worth visiting if your looking for fresh, local produce.

This year there has been a significant loss of vendors. I've been going to the market for 9 years now and was always pleased with the ability to get jerky and pepperoni sticks from at least a couple of vendors, sadly this year neither are there. Also when I first started going Ms Dee's was a staple but no longer.... More

the best place to find the goodies from the Valley and also see some nice home made crafts. They also have food to enjoy along with some wonderful music to listen too!

Vigorous street fair with lots of local fresh produce. One of our favorite places to visit. It's indoor/outdoor this year and we haven't been yet. It's probably better as it is very hot sometimes.
