This winery has one of the largest visitor facilities in the area. It sits high upon a hillside with a wonderful view to the south. Facilities are available for weddings and other private events. Silver Lake has an excellent Merlot. My wife and I have visited during the Red Wine and Chocolate event during Valentines weekend and would recommend that... More

Stopped in with my son(AZ) and dtr(IA) to sample some of the most delicious wines around. Sat on the patio and enjoyed a beautiful view of the vineyards and the valley. What a great stop.

This is a great place to go to see the wine country and taste some nice locally produced wines. During our visit there was a live entertainer who played upbeat music, but at a discreet volume level. Since this winery is located relatively high up the valley wall, the vistas are gorgeous, and the layout of the guest reception building... More

When I go directly to a winery, I like to get good deals. There wine was a little pricey. We left the valley with over 15 cases of wine. None from Silver Lake. Nice view

Wonderful sweet white wine and a beautiful view to boot! Love that it is located in the heart of wine country. We love sitting and listening to the waterfall outside.

I took my friend in for her birthday, it was her first time ever doing any kind of wine tasting before. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! Vinnie was our host. He explained everything so well and made sure she felt comfortable. We were there for two hours and enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you!

Silver Lake is part of the Rattlesnake Hills wine passport tour. It has a nice area and we got a discount on the wine using the passport.

Silver Lake Winery is located higher up so the view is absolutely beautiful. The grassy area invites you for a nap after having lunch, listening to live music, and doing some wine-tasting. Food isn't always served so check before heading over; same with live music. There was a bachelorette party when we got there, and it sounded like it's a... More

Great wines and wonderful view. Many different varieties of wine to choose from. My favorite is the late harvest reisling. Girly girl wines are great too! Sit outside and sip your favorite with a beautiful view of the vineyards and hills surrounding.
